(Any of you old guys listen to the group called The Choir back in the 80s? "Walking down Kingston Road, in the little town of
Leatherhead. Guess I'm on my own, though I will never be alone..." Yes, it is THAT Leatherhead!)This house has 5 bedrooms and is bigger than others in our price range, but still not as big as our current house. Kevin's trip would be a little longer and we might have to re-prioritize our school list but at least all of our stuff will fit in it!
Today, Kevin's latest
perfect house made me roll my eyes at first but it has some redeeming points. On the down side, it is tiny. Only 1635 square feet. That is almost half the size of our current house. On the up side, it is really, REALLY close to Kevin's work.What do you think? Click on each picture to discover more information about each house and give us your opinion.

ReplyDeleteI personally like the bungalow (sp?)... but I stand by the statement...make Momma happy, because if Momma ain't happy...ain't nobody happy! So Kevin can keep searchin'..but whatever Tiffani likes..wins!

The huge one also has a lot of character, but it is farther away, and that would mean a longer commute for Kevin, and changing school choices, etc...so might not be worth the space?
Can you tell I am an "older house" lover? My house is 30 years old, and I love the original touches that are still there...the original tile in the entry was the major selling point when we had narrowed down our choices!
Choice 3 is looks cool but is too small. How would Jackson and Taylor decide who gets the small bedroom? I'm a big fan of towns, not lawns, so I vote for number 2. Kevin will be closer and will come home sooner to his loving family and wonderful home cooked meals :)
