The first perfect house is/was a bungalow in Weybridge. I like the house ju
st fine and it is close to one of the schools on our list and a reasonable trip on the train to Kevin's office. Kevin, however isn't really WOW'd by the house so he continues the search.

The second house was a surprising find but quickly went to the top of my list. It is located in the town of Leatherhead. (Any of you old guys listen to the group called The Choir back in the 80s? "Walking down Kingston Road, in the little town of

This house has 5 bedrooms and is bigger than others in our price range, but still not as big as our current house. Kevin's trip would be a little longer and we might have to re-prioritize our school list but at least all of our stuff will fit in it!

Oh oh I like the last one!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI personally like the bungalow (sp?)... but I stand by the statement...make Momma happy, because if Momma ain't happy...ain't nobody happy! So Kevin can keep searchin'..but whatever Tiffani likes..wins!

ReplyDeleteI love the bungalow...it has charm and character! It just looks so homey and warm.
The huge one also has a lot of character, but it is farther away, and that would mean a longer commute for Kevin, and changing school choices, etc...so might not be worth the space?
Can you tell I am an "older house" lover? My house is 30 years old, and I love the original touches that are still there...the original tile in the entry was the major selling point when we had narrowed down our choices!
Choice 3 is looks cool but is too small. How would Jackson and Taylor decide who gets the small bedroom? I'm a big fan of towns, not lawns, so I vote for number 2. Kevin will be closer and will come home sooner to his loving family and wonderful home cooked meals :)
ReplyDeleteUhhh...Nobody said anything about home cooked meals. Really, in the Fortune family home, the kitchen is wasted space!!!
